Are you looking for market statistics at the city level for Little Elm? If so, in the Market Selector on the left side at hwanfei.com/marketviewer choose Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® for the local association, city/market area for the market type, and Little Elm is in the dropdown menu for “Choose Market.”
I am having difficulty understanding the numbers of active listings on the annual reports. For instance, each month and quarter report will have an active number of say 1,000 and 3,000 respectively, and the annual active listing may show 800 which appears inaccurate. Please explain.
